SUPPORTED LIVING
Our fully accessible Supported Independent Living (SIL) house at Ferryden Park (SA) has wide door frames, open living, and un-interrupted flooring. We can also host emergency respite services that are designed to provide immediate and compassionate care, when it’s needed most.

As a My Aged Care provider for levels 1 – 4 packages we can support you or your loved ones to maintain their independence as long as it is safe to do so. All supports are overseen by nurses to ensure quality and safety.

At Diverge Supports we are committed to providing the best of care whilst also supplying expertise in navigating the legal and procedural requirements to have funded care initiated and responsibly managed. Kristy Cook is committed to being a master negotiator and advocate for the care-funding you deserve and she works closely with professionals and government bodies to ensure she brokers outcomes quickly and fairly.

Kristy takes the complex and interprets it in simple terms so that you can relax and know that you are in the best of care and being lead by experts in the field.
